Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Color Department LLC uses data accessed through its private QuickBooks Online integration.
Information accessed
When authorized through Intuit OAuth, the integration may access QuickBooks Online company data such as company metadata, accounts, reports, invoices, expenses, vendors, customers, and related accounting records, depending on the permissions granted by Intuit and the connected company.
How information is used
Data is used only for internal Color Department LLC bookkeeping, reporting, audit, operational review, and planning workflows.
Storage
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored locally in systems controlled by Color Department LLC. The integration does not sell QuickBooks data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
QuickBooks data is not shared with third parties except as required to operate the integration, comply with law, or support Color Department LLC accounting and business operations.
Security
The integration uses Intuit OAuth and does not request QuickBooks passwords, MFA codes, or browser cookies. Access is limited to authorized company operators.
Data deletion and disconnect
Authorization can be revoked in QuickBooks Online or Intuit app settings. After disconnecting, locally stored OAuth tokens can be deleted by Color Department LLC.
