This private integration is provided by Color Department LLC for internal company accounting and operational workflows.
Authorized use
The integration may only be used by authorized Color Department LLC operators and connected only to QuickBooks companies that Color Department LLC is permitted to access.
QuickBooks authorization
Access is granted through Intuit OAuth. Users should not provide QuickBooks passwords, MFA codes, or session cookies to the integration operator.
Read/audit-first operation
The integration is intended primarily for reading, reporting, auditing, and analysis. Any action that writes, creates, updates, deletes, or otherwise changes QuickBooks data requires explicit human confirmation before execution.
No public service
This integration is not a public SaaS product and is not offered to external customers.
Third-party services
QuickBooks Online and Intuit are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies.
